🥖 Easy Keto Sourdough Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup warm water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and warm water.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until a thick dough forms.
- Shape into a round loaf or place in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until golden brown and firm in the center.
- Cool completely before slicing to allow the texture to set.
Optional: For a more “sourdough” flavor, let the dough rest at room temperature for 3–4 hours before baking.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for longer.
