Golden Keto Sourdough: Low-Carb Bread with Classic Flavor 🥖✨

🥖 Easy Keto Sourdough Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup warm water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and warm water.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients until a thick dough forms.
  5. Shape into a round loaf or place in the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until golden brown and firm in the center.
  7. Cool completely before slicing to allow the texture to set.

Optional: For a more “sourdough” flavor, let the dough rest at room temperature for 3–4 hours before baking.

Storage: Keep in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for longer.
