📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 500g (1.1 lbs) ground beef (80/20 preferred)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (optional, for flavor)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella (or a mix)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade pizza dough, about 12 pieces)

For Garlic Parmesan Topping:

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (fresh or dried)

  1. Cook the Beef Filling:
    • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
