Fluffy Soufflé Omelet Recipe 🍳✨

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs (separated)
  • 2 tbsp milk (or cream)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cheese, herbs, or vegetables for extra flavor

Instructions:

  1. Separate the eggs:
    Place the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.
  2. Mix the yolks:
    Add milk, salt, and pepper to the yolks and whisk until smooth.
  3. Whip the egg whites:
    Using a hand mixer, beat the whites until stiff peaks form (fluffy and airy).
  4. Combine gently:
    Fold the whipped whites into the yolk mixture slowly, keeping the air inside.
  5. Cook:
    Melt butter in a nonstick pan over low heat. Pour in the mixture and cover.
    Cook for about 5–7 minutes until golden underneath.
  6. Finish:
    You can place the pan briefly under the broiler or flip carefully to cook the top.
    Serve immediately while it’s puffed and hot!

Tip: Don’t overmix — the secret to the puffiness is keeping the air in the egg whites! ☁️
