Ingredients:
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 10–12 beef hot dogs
- 1 packet chili seasoning (or homemade mix)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: chopped onions, jalapeños, or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the tomato sauce, kidney beans, and chili seasoning to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
Pour the chili mixture into a greased baking dish (9×13 inches works best).
